A booking request is confirmed once our travel desk issues a confirmation with your reference number, vehicle and fare.

Terms of Service
Fares
Quoted fares are fixed and include fuel, tolls and chauffeur service unless stated otherwise. Waiting beyond the included allowance may be charged separately.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. Later cancellations may incur a partial fee.
Conduct & Safety
Passengers must wear seatbelts and follow the chauffeur's safety instructions. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.
Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, crowd control at the holy sites or other circumstances beyond our control.
